He was trying to get his guests to blame ‘hateful baby body parts rhetoric on the right’ for the killings, trying to get a couple of his MSM guests to agree (they wouldn't) in that.

I would have asked him if Obama, Holder's and Blasio’s rhetoric towards cops caused the cop killings that came soon afterward, using the same logic,.

This is going to wind up as an episode in “South Park”, if for no reason other than the fact that Park County, Colorado, was the most recent domicile of the shooter, and he will turn out to be a prominent citizen of South Park in their version. Jimbo Kern seems like the most likely to be endowed with this persona, or at least he would have been “best friends” (along with Ned Gerblansky) with Robert Lewis Dear.
