Weekly "Talking Points" on Middle East, Iranian Deal, Refugees

Following the Turkish downing of a Russian SU-24 warplane in the border zone between Turkey and Syria, a new order is beginning to emerge in the Middle East. While America's influence in the region is dramatically reduced, Russia is rapidly gaining the trust of our former allies. This is the result of the Obama administration's undeniable cooperation and coordination with the Muslim Brotherhood, Turkey included, on the Arab Spring.

- Turkey should be kicked out of NATO, and their attack on the Russian plane should be viewed as intentional incitement. Israel has admitted that Russian planes have crossed into Israeli airspace, but open communication with Russia has prevented a similar incident.

- Almost immediately, Barack Hussein Obama sided with Turkey - who is actively backing ISIS and other anti-Assad rebels groups in Syria - against Russia. Obama's support for Turkey came in spite of the fact that a surviving pilot was murdered by Turkmen rebels (who were armed by his administration).

- Furthermore, Turkey is piggybacking on relationships with ethnics Turks across Central Asia, as far as China through the Uighurs, to agitate non-Islamic governments.

- While Obama is more concerned with "climate change" than war and terrorism, the Russian-led anti-terror coalition is gaining European and regional partners, including France, Germany, Jordan, and Israel. In France, the rightist, anti-Islam National Front, led by Marine Le Pen, is surging in polls.

The State Department admitted last week that Iran never signed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (i.e., the Iranian nuclear deal), and therefore it is "not legally binding." Thus, the so-called signature foreign policy achievement of Barack Hussein Obama and John Kerry is officially (and always has been) a total farce.

- At this point, the American public should question the so-called process and procedure used to negotiate the deal. If the deal was not signed by Iran and is not legally binding, what exactly was accomplished - if anything but deceiving the American public and international community?

- In the words of State Department Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs, Julia Frifield, "The [JCPOA] is not a treaty or an executive agreement, and is not a signed document." Well then, what is it, exactly?

- It pays to recall John Kerry's personal connection to the Iranian nuclear negotiations: Kerry's son-in-law's best man is the son of Iranian negotiator Javad Zarif.

- If the deal is not legitimate, it follows that Iran's relationship with the international community should not be "normalized." Therefore, this latest development calls into question the long-term viability of the deal, and hence the long-term diplomatic and economic impact the deal may have on its signatories.

Following the attacks in Paris, the American public and law enforcement are recognizing a heightened threat environment at home. Despite official resistance by the Obama administration and the Department of Justice, who prohibit associating Islam and Muslims with terrorism, law enforcement and local communities are preparing for the worst.

- So-called refugees are being flown into states and cities around the country without adequate background checks. There are no restrictions put on the movement of these so-called refugees, and once in the country they are mobile.

- The FBI is working an estimated 1,000 cases in the U.S. as they relate to Islamic State infiltration and sympathizers. Director Comey is working at a major handicap without much support and attention due to lack of cooperation by other agencies and minimal human resources.

- DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson testified that he stands with continued acceptance of migrants and refugees, stepping over the issue that there is no screening audit trail back to any alleged home country. Johnson admitted that there was no "sufficient" means to screen people, but the larger mission is to embrace and support their new communities in the U.S. Governors, mayors and law enforcement are purposely left out of the process.

- In a bi-partisan move, several in Congress are taking the correct first step and asking the right questions of administration's agency leaders. Yet their concerns are dismissed, as an allegedly larger objective on the premise of human rights takes priority.

- Organizations, such as Oathkeepers, are working with law enforcement, communities, and veterans to prepare emergency preparedness teams.

And yet no calls for Impeachment, or even more appropriately charges of Treason are forthcoming.
