Here, Obama lists our close allies who “punch above their weight”. It’s quite a few countries.

Catch phrases, likely part of his hypnosis techniques. Liberals are studied in and practice how to hypnotize the masses. Republicans need to learn how to break the hypnotic spells cast over the masses by liberals, especially Obama. Then the people will wake up

According to book(s) by Edward Klein, Obama uses this phrase incessantly even in private.
It’s an odd formulation especially because:
A) He didn’t set foot on the US mainland until age 18 and generally has no idea what the US means in any figurative, legal, historical or practical sense.
B) He never gets round to saying who we are (or who he thinks we are).
Whatever he thinks we should be he clearly thinks he’s the man to decide.
Ever notice the phrase he uses constantly (among many others of course) “the notion that....)blah blah blah...Makes my blood pressure rise just the few seconds it takes to change the radio or tv channel when that snake starts his masturbation of the mouth.
Oh yes, unfortunately.
He will quickly and repeatedly describe any idea that he disagrees with or that he feels threatened by as a mere ‘notion’ no matter how complex the idea or how extensively it has been explained or discussed. It’s a pathetic adolescent defense mechanism.
