Obama will sign a deal no one else will sign and commit to complying with it even though everyone else is laughing their asses off at him. Just like the Iran deal.
He doesn’t care about the agreement. All he wants to do is increase his and Soros’ wealth by several billion dollars courtesy of U.S. taxpayers.
