I sure do get tired of the Cruz bots and their lack of reading comprehension. It’s perfectly okay for a candidate to say they think they are going to win. However, it isn’t okay to say another isn’t. Cruz has no way of knowing that, nor do any of them. So, just go away and sail away on your little cruz ship ahoy. Trump says he thinks he will get the nomination, but never has said that Cruz won’t. See the difference?
There is not one thing arrogant about Cruz’s statement, and that you think there is actually proves my thesis. You ARE rather thin-skinned.
I doubt Trump himself is agitated over the statement since he too undoubtedly thinks that not one of the other candidates will be the nominee since he will. And, he has said as much. That is what ‘loser’ means, after all.

You gave yourself away when you tacked on "overly theatrical" as a reason to distrust Cruz, arguably the least theatrical of the candidates.... Perhaps it’s because [he] always comes across as scripted and overly theatrical.
If you a object to 'overly theatrical' you REALLY must hate Trump.

Good thing Trump has thicker skin. He and Cruz seem to be on the same page when it comes to crushing the wicked witch of the north rather than beating up on each other. Too bad the same can't be said of conservatives here.
Actually, There’s nothing erudite about my commemtary, simply an opinion and statement about how I perceive Cruz and as I’m sure, maybe some others do as well. I always get a good laugh out of many of the Cruz supporters on this forum, who frequently respond to observations about their candidate much as you just did, with a good dose of anger and vitriol, quite unlike the attributes you ascribe to your candidate. You will find most Trump supporters are actually quite complimentary of Cruz. He’s typically our #2 option, but we recognize some of his shortcomings, namely what I described in my post.

I’d hardly call Cruz and Trump on the “same page” with immigration. One goes to the border with Glenn Beck to pass out soccer balls and teddy bears to illegal invaders, and the other goes to check out the border for security reasons. One puts out his paper weeks and weeks ahead of the other, and then - magically, the other puts is out after an bingo! It sounds just like Trumps. Trump hasn’t even started on Hillary yet - give him time - he’s getting there. I’m so sick of the word conservative - it means different things to different people. I’d also not call someone who wanted to increase the H-1B visas by 500% conservative. But, I guess Cruz has backed off that now too.
Your comments were reasoned. It’s your opinion and your right to post it. I believe I saw you post this the other day on another thread, and I liked it then.
It’s not a hit piece on Cruz. We each see him in our own unique ways. You come close to my own unique way.
With all the incredibly crazy things being attributed to Trump, even him being called the next Hitler and we’ll only wake up to this too late because he’s a populist, this is incredibly tame. (Reagan was a populist. Was he Hitler too? Good grief some of this logic.)
We’re supposed to be silent in the face of Trump being called the next Hitler, but the Cruz folks get upset if you simply state you don’t think he’ll resonate with enough people.

And the funny thing is, Cruz supporters think we’re more over the top with our criticisms of Cruz.

These two men deserve better than to have supporters calling the other candidate the next Hitler, especially if that candidate has adopted Reagan’s platform and is a populist just as he was.

There have been some bad things said about Cruz, I don't like ‘Clinton dirty politics’ I think they should be avoided at all costs, but there are some that think it's ok...
Do I want a ‘politician’ in the White House again? NO, I don't and you all know my reasons why....
I am a 100% Trump supporter and won't change an inch and will do battle with the good he is trying to do with his run for the White House, and maybe Cruz would be good for the Supreme Court, maybe he would be good for A.G. I don't know...I just don't want him for POTUS, just yet!!!
Cruz is right 99% of the time, but is wrong. Trump isn’t a candidate, he’s a movement.
Cruz can be diplomatic about it and let his surrogates take Trump out. It is a win-win; when Trump drops out, he will have no ill feeling towards Cruz. We all know that Trump is pretty whiny and you do not want to be on his bad side given his “fans”. Those fans remind me of Obola’s fawning fans.
