The EPA is a worse rogue than the IRS. It should have been shut down and/or reigned in sharply a long time ago. It is now completely out of control.

That they were out of control was evident long ago, but especially when they gave close to a million acres of Wyoming to the Wind River Tribe. (State boundaries cannot be changed without Congressional approval, for starters.)

Who is the EPA to give private property to a third party and thus change the governmental jurisdiction thereof?

(BTW, that included the town of Pavilion, where the EPA couldn't prove fraccing ruined the already bad water.)
