I think he is much more willing and able to sidestep or go over the heads of the establishment. Cruz has not shown so far he can have success at this.

So, desert the only true fighter in Washington in favor of a guy who's never met an establishment he didn't like, but now says he's against.

The “true fighter” in Washington hasn’t accomplished one tangible thing in three years. Love his principles and policies, but his track record isn’t reassuring. No, I’ll go with a guy who has consistently accomplished what he set out to do.
