I'd call that going a little far with the attributions. They probably feel they can't curtail Xero much in Syria without him using it to do damage. They give him money he shovels it to ISIS. They cut the money and he blames them for a lack of funding to fight ISIS. So without the media exposing our closet jihadi President, what can they really do?
