Scarcely 10 percent of Californiaâs Latinos have college degrees now, up from 7 percent in 1990, and itâs expected to rise to 12 percent by 2020.
So the whole open borders thing is not working out as well as expected.

A look at the current CA K-12’s ed performance is looking at a snapshot of CA’s future. These kids are supposed to grow up and replace us boomers, become doctors, scientist, etc.

I believe the whole labor model has been completely altered. There is a large percentage of the population who have nothing of value to offer society. Partly that is because of broken schools, partly because of broken families, partly because of broken cultures, and partly because more jobs today require a decent IQ whereas in the past people with low IQs could still find a fair amount of work.
Many reasons. But the bottom line is that a large percentage of the population have nothing of value to offer society. And we haven't figured out what to do with those people yet. Currently, we send them a check every month and we hope that they just sit on a couch and stare at an electronic box of one sort or another.
