If those time marks prove to be inaccurate when you view the video, try different starting points to find the correct part of the speech.
The 32:24 time mark is where Donald Trump focuses more closely on the Washington Post news article from 18 September 2001 that was a source for the observations that the Muslims were celebrating the catastrophe at "tailgate style parties."
The 33.20 time mark is where Donald Trump interrupts his reading out loud of the Washington Post news article to make the remarks which are now in dispute by the news media. My transcript quoting those remarks are below.
The 34:41 time mark is where Donald Trump is finishing his remarks about the Washington Post news article and his observations about the dishonesty of CNN and the news media.

tailgate, you know what that means, tailgate, that means football games, Ohio State, thousands of people, in parking lots, on roofs, tailgate is a lot of people, tailgate is not two people....
Looking at Trump's above remarks, you can see that he was contrasting how the Washington Post reporters used the words, tailgate parties, in their news article to represent an unspecified yet substantial number of Muslims celebrating the destruction of the World Trade Center, and that a "tailgate is not two people" having a party to celebrate that destruction.

Trump did say there were thousands of Muslims celebrating on 9/11 when he gave his speech at Birmingham, Alabama. I’ll post more on this after the Thanksgiving activities later tonight.
