SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Nearly 5,000 unaccompanied immigrant children were caught illegally crossing the U.S. border with Mexico in October, almost double the number from October 2014, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data.
Also, in the figures released Tuesday, the number of family members crossing together nearly tripled from October 2014 — from 2,162 to 6,029.
The numbers spiked despite expectations of lower numbers due to the colder winter months coming, better enforcement along the border and efforts by Mexican authorities to stem the stream of Central American migrants to the U.S. Though tens of thousands of women and children from Central America were caught at the border in summer 2014, it had dropped by nearly half during the 2015 federal fiscal that ended Sept. 30.
The 4,973 unaccompanied children caught at the border last month is the highest number that Washington, D.C.-based think tank Washington Office on Latin America has recorded for October since their records began in 2009, said Adam Isacson, a border expert and senior analyst.
The high numbers buck the typical trends of crossings peaking in spring then declining through summer and fall, Isacson said. But there was an uptick in families and children crossing in July, and the numbers have stayed over 4,000 each month since.

Don’t forget that the liberal definition of children includes anyone up to 25 years of age.
And were promptly flown or bussed to the U.S. city of their choice.

Okay so we are deeply deeply in debt so we are going to take in thousands of Mexicans and thousands of refugees and do what with them? Who pays their housing and food and schooling and roads and police and fire fighters and healthcare and on and on? Who pays their transportation from the middle east? Of course the answer is us. So, with what money? We can’t pay our current obligations. Whose jobs do we give them?
Add a few zeros to that 5000 for the number who weren’t caught. And they get to stay and mooch off your tax dollar.
There are 94 million Americans out of work.
If the “youths” are willing to violate our immigration laws, then what will stop these voting age “youths” from illegally registering to vote in Democrat controlled counties?
If the Democrats are willing to ignore the illegal border crossings, why won’t the Democrats also ignore fraudulent voter registration.
I am pretty confident the conservative Republicans will do quite well in the 2016 elections with the one caveat being the number of illegal voters brought in the Democrats.

When Obama became president the national debt was $10 trillion. When Obama leaves, the national debt will be close to $20 trillion.
When Congress and the Federal Reserve are willing to spend whatever it takes to please Obama, then money is no “problemo”

And don’t forget what the interest rate has been for that period. With such extremely low interest rates they have been able to spend much more without feeling it as much as we will feel it in the future when the rates increase. Oh we feel it. Just imagine, though, what the debt would be if the rates were what they were during the Carter or Reagan years. They won’t stay low forever. Then we will really be in trouble.
