HOUSTON - A pregnant mother and her boyfriend faced a judge in downtown Houston charged with endangering a child after the mother's 19-month-old girl burned to death.

We’re hearing about this story for the second time. The first time I wondered how sad that the little kids did this. Now I’m wondering if the parents actually did it and are trying to blame it on the kids.
