President Obama didn’t require Iranian leaders to sign the nuclear deal that his team negotiated with the regime, and the deal is not “legally binding,†his administration acknowledged in a letter to Representative Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) obtained by National Review.
“The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is not a treaty or an executive agreement, and is not a signed document,†wrote Julia Frifield, the State Department assistant secretary for legislative affairs, in the November 19 letter.

What did the $150 billion we gave them buy us? It could be argued Obama did all this on purpose. This can only be the only explanation.
I’ve been applying Occam’s Razor to Obama’s actions. As a reminder, Occam’s Razor states that in choosing among different hypotheses, the one that involves the fewest assumptions is usually the best.
With Obama, one could say he’s a closet gay, or a Marxist, or a racist, and/or sympathetic to Islam, but the simplest explanation is that he is a Muslim, with racist and Marxist tendencies. The rest is window dressing to fracture the body politic—to enable him to divide and conquer the electorate.
To paraphrase the good Star-Trek doctor, “He’s a Muslim, Jim.”

While I agree with you, at least we didn’t “give them” $150 billion, we simply unfroze Iranian assets in that amount that our government had sequestered.
The whole thing was just kabuki to get their $150 billion released. Just like the trade of Bergdahl was just a cover for releasing 5 Taliban from Gitmo.

So, Obama, what is the legal basis for releasing the $150 billion to Iran?
This is impeachment material right there.
He said he was a muslim and a foreign student. However, he has been protected by the media. Why would anyone think he is not a muslim?
If Trump picks up on this, he can gets tons of mileage out of this especially in light of all the terrorist attacks
