That person was definitely in on it. They are trying to put forth the image of lynchings.

FAKE STORY!! The person yelling "Don’t choke him" was probably in on it too.Might have been strategized to refer to the "I can't breathe" issue where police were accused of suffocating a seller of illegal cigarettes in NYC.
