You post this lie on every thread.

You call a sourced quote a lie, and no, I don't.

You don't have a single positive thing to say about Cruz, so instead trash those beating him?

Poppycock. Here is an example where I have defended Cruz. Keep up with the obvious and verifiable slander. It fits you Trumpsters.

From his Immigration Reform Position

We need to control the admission of new low-earning workers in order to: help wages grow, get teenagers back to work, aid minorities’ rise into the middle class, help schools and communities falling behind, and to ensure our immigrant members of the national family become part of the American dream.

End welfare abuse. Applicants for entry to the United States should be required to certify that they can pay for their own housing, healthcare and other needs before coming to the U.S.

Meaningless weasel words. What is "abuse" when they weren't legally allowed ANY welfare and had to commit fraud to get it? What good is a "certification" when we have similar promises from people who overstay their visas?

From the New York times commenting on a similar plan by RINO Kay Bailey Hutchison back in 2007:

It's not ideal, but if a touchback provision is manageable and reassures people that illegal immigrants are indeed going to the back of the line, then it will be defensible. "Defensible" according to The New York Times.

Perhaps if you read his whole position your questions would be answered. Perhaps they would not since you consider them “Meaningless weasel words.”

Yes, he would.

I wasn’t saying Cruz had no positive attributes, only that the Cruz fanatics would rather go on threads about other candidates and bash them than be like their candidate, classy and decent and civil.

Nikos1121, I didn’t mean to infer I didn’t want Cruz on the ticket.

I certainly do.

I’m aware of it and have been since the day he announced.

Nobody else even wants to send them back home.

I don’t like it. Is there a better offer on the table?

Nearly every other candidate wants to give them amnesty straight up. They don’t plan on a wall. Some thing electronic surveillance will do the trick. I don’t.

I am hearing ICE is being told to stand down, don’t stop illegals coming across. It is very bad right now, even if that isn’t true.

I believe the criminal element will be deported. I believe the wall will help. I believe enforcement will become a top priority.

We’re between a rock and a cliff. I honestly don’t know what we can do to get a better deal.

They should be sent home, have to get in the back of the line, and wade through it like everyone else did legally.

That’s not happening.

Do you have a suggestion. I’m at my wits end on this. After twenty years, this is the best we can do? I’m about ready to throw up my hands and just write the nation off.

I doubt it will even impact the primaries. Trump is a fierce competitor and I do not think the other candidates have experienced his brand of competition.

The cat is out of the bag. Trump has a lot of momentum. Maybe if they had carpet bombed him very early on their efforts might have succeeded but not now. They are playing Trump’s game and he is not playing their game. The establishment Repubs are leading from behind and playing a very predictable game which simly will not work.

As Rush said the media did not create Trump so he cannot be destroyed either by the media or by the establishment Repubs.

They are terrified they will all lose their jobs.

You mentioned Jindal in your post. To show you how totally clueless Trump’s opponents are and to show you how they have no idea of the worth of money Jindal filed his paperwork to be in the primaries in New Hampshire and paid the $1000 fee and then dropped out of the race the next day.

These candidates are completely disoriented ever since Trump got in.

I saw a recent poll where Bush did not even register on the poll. Trump has so destroyed the conventional way of doing things that the candidates do not know what to do. Trump understands media so well that the candidates are no match for him.

The corrupt Uniparty knows who their real enemy is, Donald Trump. The Uniparty owns all the other candidates. Only Trump has the $$$ to self fund his campaign. The rest are beholden to the billionaire donors, Chamber of Commerce, Club for Growth, trial lawyers, Wall Street bankers, etc.

"Isn't Club for Growth a PAC? I don’t think they like Trump, but favor Cruz instead."

The (globalist) Club for growth is the PAC that asked Trump for a one million dollar donation. When Trump turned them down they began attacking Trump (shake down). The Club for Growth is Ted Cruz's biggest contributor.

GOP Operative Plans Guerrilla Campaign Against Donald Trump
Move comes as growing number of Republicans fear damage to party’s image and Hillary Clinton will become president

The Republican establishment, increasingly alarmed by the enduring strength of Donald Trump’s presidential bid, is ratcheting up efforts to knock him out of the race, including the first attempt to unite donors from rival camps into a single anti-Trump force.

A well-connected GOP operative is planning a “guerrilla campaign” backed by secret donors to “defeat and destroy” the celebrity businessman’s candidacy, according to a memo reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

A super PAC supporting Ohio Gov. John Kasich is airing a series of ads targeting Mr. Trump. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush struck with his bluntest attacks yet on Friday, and the super PAC associated with the Club for Growth, an economic conservative group, is trying to raise money to resume attack ads that it has run in Iowa against Mr. Trump.

Together, the efforts seem to represent a turning point in the GOP contest, in which other campaigns have previously been skittish about taking on Mr. Trump so directly. The sense of urgency has mounted in part because Mr. Trump continues at or near the top of GOP polls, even after many predicted that the Paris terror attacks would lead voters to turn to a more seasoned candidate.

The most concerted effort is Trump Card LLC, the self-styled guerrilla campaign being launched by Liz Mair, the former online communications director of the Republican National Committee.

“In the absence of our efforts, Trump is exceedingly unlikely to implode or be forced out of the race,” according to the Trump Card memo. “The stark reality is that unless something dramatic and unconventional is done, Trump will be the Republican nominee and Hillary Clinton will become president.”

The GOPEs have all but written off this election as a loss to them whether Trump wins or a Socialist Democrat wins. In fact, the GOPEs likely feel they’re much better off tossing the election to the Socialist Democrat Party than “winning” with a candidate like Trump.

What do you think would happen if Trump said to heck with the next debate? I mean, really, he has to stand for 2-3 hours to speak for 7-8 minutes along side a bunch of 2%ers. Makes no sense to me. And it’s CNN on top of all that!

Trump would never do this...he isn't a quitter and that is what this would represent...

What he needs to do now, is to go on the ‘bloody warpath’ and clean some houses out, starting with the GOPe, Media, Washington Cartel, then start on these ‘phony self serving opportuntics’ candidates....

Whether he does it starting tomorrow, tonight, or on the debate, house cleaning needs to be done and his supporters are right there with him...

He is so far ahead of this game that if anyone knew they would be running to protect what little bit of reputation any of them have....

Trump will not be stepped one, have crap thrown at him, he will not be thrashed nor will he back down, and that's why the support is stronger for Trump than any of the other candidates....especially now that we know about some news site games that have been played to make it look like people are ‘cleaner’ than they are...

IMO the polls show a low end as there are a lot of people who have never voted that are registering to vote for Trump. I also think he will get a lot of Dems voting in the open primaries for him.
