Manually remove the apostrophes, quotation marks, and Question marks of things you paste in and replace them. I don’t know why that works but it does. Use the preview button to check if you have them all. It is a pain on a long article but it works. See I did that with your post

Paste the contents of your post into Notepad, and do a Change all on them (apostrophes, quotation marks, and Question marks), then paste your finished product back into FR.

Regarding quotation marks, there are two kinds, so you'll probably have to do those twice.

He’s driving them absolutely freakin’ insane. They are trying everything you can possibly imagine to bring him down, I never seen anything like it. I just got into it with one lib on Facebook demanding he show me the evidence that Trump said this, and of course he couldn’t. Actually what Trump said was “We have to do things differently to combat terrorism” and from that the left decided to add “put badges on Muslims”, and from that they started this “Trump is a Nazi” thing. Look at this crap, this has been passed around on social media all day and it is complete BS....

I don't think so. Something inside FR's web server replaces the normal " ' and ? characters with higher-ASCII equivalents which HTML can't interpret properly. Such as ’, which gets messed up. It has to be replaced with '

The only solution is to replace those with their normal low-ASCII equivalents.
