Kuwait has captured a cell working to finance and promote ISIS, the official Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported on Thursday.
KUNA said the cell planned to transfer arms - purchased in Ukraine, through Turkey. The arms included rockets.
It also said ISIS transferred money to accounts in Syria, Turkey, and administered a website to further garner support for the Islamist militants.

It's no stretch to think they told the Kuwaiti's about this
Ukraine to ISIS isn't surprising. They have been the world's largest an most corrupt arms bazaar since the fall of the Soviet Union.
Good for Kuwait.

#Kuwait Interior Ministry says members of arrested group included Lebanese, Egyptians, Syrians, Australians and Kuwaitis.
Which one of the Royals was it?
Yes...suspicious timing for this...they just happened to bust these people...or they cashed their chips in while they were ahead knowing the Ruskies were on to them?
Does this include the conduit leading directly back to the Current Regime now squatting in the White Hut?
Because up to now, they have been strangely reluctant to actually inflict significant damage upon ISIS.
Who was fooling whom? All this “aid” that was pipelined into the “resistance” in opposition to Bashar al-Assad was being shunted over right away to ISIS. The wide-scale surrender by Iraqi Army in the face of ISIS advances in Iraq just gave ISIS massive booty in the form of vehicles, munitions and other war materials, which they just turned around and used against the local populace, cowing them into submission, or slaughtering them outright.
Seriously?
The Kuwaiti Royal family and aristocracy has been busted??
Known indirect major financers of terrorism for years!
All of them.
