Graham, Pataki, Huckabee, Santorum, Christie, Kasich, Paul, Fiorina and most of all .... Jeb.
I think a lot of their support will coalesce towards only these four eventually:
Trump, Carson, Cruz and Rubio.
I see Yeb staying while Carson and Rubio are forced to drop due to not getting ballot signatures in.
Last I saw neither Carson nor Rubio had enough boots on the ground to qualify for the ballots in states like Virginia with significant hurdles for qualification.
Gilmore is also in the race. He just registers so low that he doesn’t even get invited to the kiddie table.

Though, I can also see one of the most leftward ones, maybe Christie or Kasich or both wanting to stay in a little longer, with the thought that with the final four that you mention being an left/moderate might mean collecting some significant delegates in some states and maybe having some bargaining chips in a contested convention.
But Graham and Pataki and Santorum have not made the slightest ripple, and never will. Paul is just too idiosyncratic to make sense as a Republican. Fiorina had her day in the sun, but I think it’s over. Huckabee, good grief.
