If Hillary does have serious medical issues, we’ll never hear about it. However, if she experiences some sort of obvious medical episode in a public setting with the cameras rolling - while giving a speech or during a debate - there’s no way the mainstream media will be able to cover for her. In fact, it would probably ignite a media frenzy, making it almost impossible for her to justify continuing her campaign.
