Have no doubt. Russian disregard for human life is legendary. Replacing Muzzies with Russians won’t solve our problems though, and will make it worth: instead of fighting unruly savages, we will have to deal with organized force of frost-bitten humanoids with ancient self-destructing nukes.
Russia needs to carpet bomb the entire country and clean house, assuming we have no special forces in or near the target zones.
