Well, that is some what of a surprise. I always thought Paul was somewhat of an isolationist.
So what happened to the bill???
If we declare war or not is meaningless because (1) Obama isn’t going to do anything meaningful other than being a minor irritant to ISIS and (2) ISIS is coming after us regardless of what we do at this point.
