Cruz condemns Obama 'lunacy' on Syria as Republicans react to Paris attacks

Ted Cruz led Republican criticism of Obama administration policy on Syria on Saturday, in light of the devastating terror attacks in Paris.

"President Obama and Hillary Clinton's idea that we should bring tens of thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees to America: it is nothing less than lunacy," the Texas senator said, in an interview with Fox News.

Speaking to reporters ahead of a "rally for religious liberty" in Greenville, South Carolina, Cruz said of the victims of the Paris attacks: "They were not injured by some faceless menace. They were not injured by some abstract and inchoate violent extremism.

"They were injured by radical Islamic terrorism, an evil that is at war with the people of America, that is at war with freedom-loving people across the globe."

Jesus said that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, and this is exactly what Islam has done from its beginning. No other religion so completely fits the description in the Bible of the beast and false prophet than Islam.

Unlike our Teleprompter occupier of the White House, who does not know the words, Radical Islamic Terrorist, Cruz very naturally conveys the seriousness of the situation and how he would handle it.

It was also great to watch Cruz call the Teleprompter a lunatic for letting the Syrians into New Orleans.

Sorry, there is no such thing as "radical Islam". Or rather all Islam is radical. Calling it 'radical Islamic terrorism' is just as PC as Obamas refusing to mention Islam. There may be moderate Muslims, that is Muslims who are not very religious, but there is no separate Islam that doesn't call for jihad against all non-Muslims.
