I "personally" heard Ted Cruz's speech (2015-11-13) on Immigration and H1B Visas.

Illegal immigrants will leave the United States. Period.

"All" of them; whether they crossed the Rio Grand River; over stayed their Visa, or flew in on a corporate jet from Hong Kong.

No exceptions.

Strict national enforcement of E-Verify is a Strategic game changer. Illegal Immigrants and their families will not stay if there's no $$$ money $$$ here for them.

Ted Cruz's idea to also enforce the "Public Charge" aspect ... means ZERO welfare payments to Illegal Immigrants.

Ted Cruz will build The Wall. Period.

Oh, and at 43 minutes in Cruz pulls his favorite, deceptive “amnesty” jujitsu. He defines “amnesty” as granting illegals citizenship. That, indeed, Cruz is against.

But it perverts the plain English definition of amnesty—which Cruz’s legalization short of citizenship would in fact be a clear case of.
