I simply love Ted Cruz! His statement after the Paris attacks is a good example of why I feel that way. If you are a terrorist, you are an enemy of America and that will sign your death warrant. That is exactly the right attitude. Obama has since called the eight Paris attacks that left 127 dead terrorism, but not once did he mention radical Islam. Not once. Now, more than ever, Americans are thanking our Founding Fathers for the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms. Everyone out there should be trained and packing. You should up your situational awareness because we are at war and with the insanity of leaving our borders open and bringing thousands of unvetted refugees to the United States, it is only a matter of time before similar attacks take place here in America. We stand with France in their hour of need and we vow death to ISIS. They really should fear America regardless of the spineless traitor we have as president.
From Wayne Dupree:
It just doesn't make any sense.. liberals want strict gun laws while somehow respecting the Second Amendment because they think that somehow it will "reduce" gun crime.. yet when presented with the idea of "reducing" illegal immigration by putting up a proven defense against it in the form of a wall, they say it is not worth it because it will not stop 100% of illegal immigration.
GOP Candidate Ted Cruz spoke out last night after the Paris attacks and many people will rally to his voice after this!
Here's his entire statement
"America must stand with our allies against the scourge of radical Islamic terrorism. This is an evil that does not discriminate between French, German or American, Christian, Muslim or Jew, soldier, football player, or concert goer. Their only goal is to murder those who do not submit to their vicious, totalitarian ideology. Our deepest condolences go out to our French allies, and I know the government of the United States stands by to offer any assistance necessary.
"We must now face the facts. Between the downing of the Russian jet over Egypt and this massive coordinated attack on Paris, we are seeing an unmistakable escalation of ISIS' ambitions and the scale of their terrorist attacks outside Syria and Iraq. Even as chaos rages in Paris, we need to take immediate, commonsense steps to preserve our own safety. We need to consult closely with our NATO allies who may be targeted for additional attacks. We need to immediately declare a halt to any plans to bring refugees that may have been infiltrated by ISIS to the United States. We need to redouble our efforts to prevent ISIS agents from penetrating our nation by other means.
"Such steps, however, are defensive reactions to an enemy that will continue to try to attack us until they succeed once again. We must immediately recognize that our enemy is not 'violent extremism.' It is the radical Islamism that has declared jihad against the west. It will not be appeased by outreach or declarations of tolerance. It will not be deterred by targeted airstrikes with zero tolerance for civilian casualties, when the terrorists have such utter disregard for innocent life. We must make it crystal clear that affiliation with ISIS and related terrorist groups brings with it the undying enmity of America-that it is, in effect, signing your own death warrant."
Do you agree with Cruz? I know I do. Share your thought below if you think he's on the right course.
Between the Russian flight being brought down by a bomb and now the coordinated attacks on multiple soft targets in Paris, it should be glaringly obvious that ISIS has moved into a new phase of their warfare. They wrote it in manuals and told Europe they were coming. This is not a surprise except to those who don’t pay attention. We need to strengthen our intelligence agencies and our military and we need to do it now. We need to hunt down anyone in ISIS or affiliated with them and terminate them with prejudice. Make the penalty for being a member of this gang of psychotic murderers so lethal that it stops. They don’t understand diplomacy and tolerance. They view it as weakness. Cruz has the spine to fight and stop these monsters. I hope and pray America listens and joins him.
Once again, we need to flood Congress phones with calls saying to stop the Syrians from coming here. Close the borders and deport beginning today or they will have blood on their hands when this happens again in America. Call, fax and email all week.
Good to see Cruz backing Trump up. Trump is the only one who has vowed to send every one of them back. Better yet just stop it now.
Offer'em a BLT sandwich. I don't know of any branch of Christianity that has a problem with pork.
Of course, with the current administration, it will be the Christians excluded, and the Muzzies allowed free access.
He actually said that very thing this morning. I'm sure he'll catch hell for it, too.

Ummm...I think not. I may well have to go to Dubai on business in the next couple of months. There’s no reason whatsoever for that trip to be meddled with by the government.

Round them up, send them back. Close the borders. We have to do what is best for America and letting in young Muslim male immigrants is NOT an option.
Where was that pic published?
Some say it is not NOLA.
.
Yes, it had better be stopped and every one who came in deported. Leadership is to be held completely responsible.
Go, Cruz, GO!!
Why is it that every time someone mentions a position Cruz has taken someone has to chime in about him “Backing” or “Following” Trump?
Cruz was leading on conservative causes when Trump was still donating to Hillary Clinton, calling himself a Democrat, supporting “assault weapon” band and lauding Planned Parenthood.
While it’s nice to see Trump now following Cruz and other conservative leaders like Mark Levin - on some issues, anyway - he still supports single-payer health care, and the abuse of eminent domain.
So he still has a ways to go to become a good and faithful follower.
