I do not agree with this. He is one of the most eloquent expositors of conservative ideology out there. I feel his influence would best be expressed from the position of President or Vice President. That said, we’ll see how things shake out.

If Trump wins AND he gives power to the VP slot - then I'm with you. Cruz would be a great choice. But, if Cruz were in a basically ceremonial VP position (like Gore was) it would be a waste of his talents. At that point I'd rather see him as a Supreme Court Justice...
