I used to think that only liberals fell under the spell of "Magic Negroes," but then I recall all of the seemingly sane conservatives who took/take the candidacies of Alan Keyes, Herman Cain, and Ben Carson seriously. I guess liberals aren't the only ones grasping at any straw to prove how "inclusive" and non-racist they are by supporting dubious, unvetted candidates.
