LOL. Is there anything hotter in the streets right now than college white kids pretending to care about black causes? It’s the new hipster thing to do. Forget about getting the new iphone. White kids everywhere scratching and clawing over each other to be the first to protest on the behalf of black people. Doesn’t even matter if the black people don’t want these crackers speaking for them either. Doesn’t matter if these white kids have no clue what they are actually protesting about. Nope. You got serial protesters searching for causes to protest like normal kids look for spots to go on spring break. Protesting so hot right now. Protesting.

A black student group at Cornell University eager to join the burgeoning whiner movement and launch a protest canceled the event when they discovered 1) a paucity of “people of color†who planned the event, and 2) the event was planned by a white student.The group pontificated that “although†the members appreciate “the solidarity and interest of our allies,†they want to attack prejudice “in [their] own way.†Concerned about a repeat offense by a non-black supporter, they asked that anyone wanting to help them ask for permission first.
The whole ridiculous affair began with a Facebook event for a #ConcernedStudent1950 protest scheduled for Friday at noon. But when people discovered that the event had been created by a young white man named William Heisenberg, they erupted, fulminating that he was “mocking the struggles of our communities†and “creating an event to promote himself,†and calling Heisenberg a “troll.â€
Cornell student Paola Muñoz screamed on Facebook: “Are you f**king kidding me? Being an ally is not about starting events because *now* it's actual racism — racism takes on different forms, such as through microaggressions, cultural appropriation, people wearing PoC caricatures for Halloween; bull sh*t that ultimately ‘others’ us that you and so many other folxs poked fun at.â€
Blacks today are segregating themselves better than the Klan could have imagined 50 years ago. I appreciate their candor; let’s live apart.
This has gone beyond funny all the way to absurd.
I am becoming more convinced that the only workable response to the verbal tirades proffered by these idiots is loud, derisive laughter.
And when they get mad and threaten or attempt violence, a much more direct response will scatter their masses.
They are damaging their cause immeasurably, and are to unintelligent to realize it.
The self-loathing white males can always join the hairy legged feminist lesbians in hating the patriarchal white male.
50 years ago black people were segregating themselves as well. That’s what the Nation of Islam: wanted a safe space from ‘white devils’.
Black separatism is still a political movement (in prisons and communities).

I suspect that 90% of black students at Cornell would not have been admitted to the school if subjected to the same selection criteria as white and Asian applicants. Isn’t Black privilege wonderful?

The black separatism of yesteryear still wanted funding from whites; they always had the option to return to Africa (including countries laden with gold, diamonds, and/or oil), and none availed themselves of it.
We’ve found safe space from the race war, and they don’t have the numbers to do anything about it. At this point the blackest areas of inner cities (at least here in the northeast) are surrounded by a girdle of Hispanics and Asians that provide a buffer - and the whites beyond are relatively safe.
