Make illegal entry a FELONY.
Make being in the country illegally a FELONY
Make using a fake/stolen SSN a FELONY
Punishment for above, deprotation as persona non grata, lifetime ban and cannot re-enter the US for any reason.
If they do return...execute them.
Give them 90 or 180 days from the passage of the act to get out.
Second is clarify birthright citizenship by statute. The children are already covered by their parents country of origin. They are therefore not citizens by definition.
Once the 90 or 180 days has expired, start rounding them up. We can dump them in Mexico City, and let Mexico figure out what to do with them.
Just about any plan that goes as far as yours is okay with me.
