This is just the CHEAP LABOR EXPRESS PAYING THEM 65 cents on the dollar they pay Americans, and no retirement or healthcare benefits paid since they are contract workers not full time employees.
IMHO, Gates, Ellison et al. are just screwing fellow really smart educated Americans so they can make even more billions for themselves.
