We were brilliant to not elect Romney. This alternative is wonderful. /sarc.

what has Trump ever DONE (not SAID) that proves he’s a conservative? Especially prior to the last 6 months.

What a stupid statement. Trump met with Sessions months ago to develope his immigration position paper. It’s about time Cruz spoke to him.

I would imagine all of us believe Senator Sessions knows what he is talking about regarding illegal immigration.

Multi-national politicians are more concerned about fraudulently documented foreigners than they are about the citizens or the rule of law.

Don’t vote for them or you will lose your country.

And he will never ever get it through the House and Senate even if he has Republican majorities. Because, as we all know, too many “Republicans” are Democrats.

The next president needs to at least hold congressional sellouts' feet to the fire. Preemptive surrender is not an option.

Dense. My comment wasn’t directed at Sessions’ knowledge, but at the Trumpettes who want to believe there is some big war going on between Sessions and Cruz over immigration.

We were stupid to nominate him.

It seems it would be obvious to all but the most ardent Cruz supporters that he watches and sees what resonates with Trump supporters and then tries to coopt that position and claim he was first.

True, but the Hispanic voting power, coupled with lobbyist money will make legislation for deportation impossible to achieve.

Enjoy your posts, but........

Please always refer to illegal aliens as illegal aliens.

They are NOT immigrants.

Immigrants are people who applied to be Americans in their home country, waited their turn, paid their fees, learned the language, and complied with the laws.

Illegal aliens broke in and ignore ALL the laws.

Calling them immigrants is insulting to REAL immigrants.

“Trump is not going to be able to deport illegals unless they are criminals. He knows it and so does the rest of the field.”

Dead WRONG.

” If he tries Executive Order, as Obama did, same will happen to Trump but in the opposite direction.”

DEADER than dead wrong, and you don’t even need an executive order to enforce CURRENT LAW.

He can cite anything he wants to but Trump was the first one of the candidates that came out on immigration...

I've have quotes from Cruz going back to 2011 advocating against illegal immigration.

Trump in 2012 said that Romney's self-deportation plans were mean and maniacal.

Deportation is already the law. No new laws needed. What we need is a President willing to use the laws we have.
This one won’t, neither would the last one.

Making illegals citizens, even 10 years down the line, cements a Dem majority FOREVER.

Au contraire. The Dems don't need amnesty to make them the permanent majority party. Legal immigration is already making it so. Since 1990 we have brought in 35 million LEGAL PERMANENT IMMIGRANTS, which is about equal to the population of Canada. 87% of them are minorities as defined by the USG and immigrants vote more than two to one Dem. In 1970 1 in 21 was foreign-born; today, it is less than one in 8, the highest in 105 years; and within a decade it will be one in 7, the highest in our history.

Amnesty just hastens the process. If we don't reduce legal immigration, then it matters not about illegal immigration. Demography is destiny.

Don’t you be mean and pick on those Trumpeters!!!! Citing facts or asking for proof that Capt Kardashian is a conservative makes their heads hurt and gets in the way of all that Kool-Aid drinking!
