The main focus of life is to glorify Christ, the God of Israel and to live joyfully with him forever. Politics will not save one soul at all, whether it is good or evil, as it is God who determines Salvation as He purchased it with the strength of His Arm by Jesus Christ.
Christ never said not to be engaged in fighting evil in the political arena. He wasn’t a doormat and neither am I. You are judging a whole group of people without even knowing who they are. Congratulations.
I don’t want you to feel badly about it, but you are not going to be able to convince me of anything except that you are not going to be able to convince me of anything.

The MAIN focus, yes.
That does not mean ONLY focus. For example, man must eat to live, and he who does not work should not eat (2 Th. 3:10). Therefore honest work is an important Christian virtue.
Similarly we are instructed in multiple places in New Testament Scripture to “honor the king” and respect governments. Well, in America WE the PEOPLE *are* the government and the king! Therefore it is befitting that every Christian involve himself in politics to an appropriate degree. Otherwise — satan will pull the strings.
