Bob Dole is a good man. He’s a patriot. I won’t say anything bad about him, but he’s just wrong and loyalty to “old friends” is obviously the main factor here.

Dole worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the proposed amendment to have marriage defined as one man and one woman failed. It failed by one vote. I will never forgive him for that work.
