That's not enough.

1) Turnoff of the magnets (jobs and free stuff).

2) Give illegals 60 days to self deport and start building the wall. If they do self deport and return legally, perhaps a path to citizenship.

3) After the 60 day grace period, illegals who did not self deport face prison time, then deportation, and never ever have a path to citizenship.

4) If they're caught here illegally again, life in prison.

Except that Mitt Romney didn't mean a word of it as he proved when he came out very strong for Comprehensive Immigration Reform AFTER the election.

But this is standard practice for Mr. Double-Speak, Mitt Romney.

It was the best thing Romney said on the campaign trail, but unfortunately he didn't mean a word of it. He was in favor of sanctuary cities when he was governor, and had to backtrack on this and other liberal positions when running for President. Now, even Marco Rubio is starting to backtrack on his open borders rhetoric. Different face, same strategy.
