As activists at the University of Missouri celebrated the resignation of the school's president on Monday, journalists arrived at the campus quad to document the moment.
After weeks of protests, activists with the Concerned Student 1950 group had turned their complaints of racism into a national story. But instead of welcoming the continued coverage, the activists pushed back.
When journalists, including a student photographer, tried to take pictures of an activist encampment, several of the activists, including faculty members and other adults, blocked them.
In one confrontation captured on video, Tim Tai, a student at the university's journalism school who had been contracted by ESPN, took photos while activists locked arms and made a widening circle around the camp to keep journalists away.

The university president should have told them that if they didn’t want to play football, they wouldn’t be on scholarship.
Half these clowns would have never even finished high school if they weren’t pampered all their lives. Most of them certainly aren’t deserving of being in a place of higher learning. All they do is dumb-down those that have applied themselves to get a good education. They make the quality of lives of those around them worse.
The University of Missouri deserves to go down hard for tolerating this nonsense. SCREW THEM. I hope parents yank their kids out and send them elsewhere.
It may be a “good thing” if the various left wing groups fight among themselves. (Nobody can dispute that the media is left wing.)

Start with the female communications “prof” who hasn’t a clue about the 1st amendment and go from there..
And I bet half these “students” don’t go to this school....
They definitely didn't want anybody taking photographs in the "tent city". Gotta wonder what it was they didn't want anyone knowing about.

Piece of cake. I just surround the main photo with copied images from Bing. I just copy the thumbnails and paste them in on MS Paint. Then crop the edges, add text, done. Five minutes.
