Buttonholing people as they exit the ballot booth and encouraging them to sign a political petition? That sounds a lot like electioneering! Isn't that against the law?

I suppose that as long they stay outside a certain distance it’s probably perfectly legal. Irritated the crap out of me but since they weren’t violating any rules and regs.....
