Make future terrorists understand that when they plant bombs, all their family members will be killed.
They would view that as an incentive.
Their female family members, they don't care about; their male family members they think would be considered honorary jihadists, collecting virgins.
To the true and dedicated Muslim terrorist this is not a deterrence.
