In interviews, moderators Neil Cavuto and Maria Bartiromo vow to stay out of the action.

Fox Business Network, the host of Tuesday's GOP debate, has its claws out - not for the candidates, as its moderators vow to stick closely to the issues, but for its more famous competitor CNBC.

At FBN, Bartiromo and Cavuto will be joined as questioners by Wall Street Journal editor-in-chief Gerard Baker, whom the Journal did not make available for an interview.

At FBN, Bartiromo and Cavuto will be joined as questioners by Wall Street Journal editor-in-chief Gerard Baker, a foreign national who can't vote in our election, a Brit on a work visa who put Karl Rove on the WSJ payroll and collaborated with Rove on his pre-debate Op-Ed hits on Trump, whom the Journal did not make available for an interview.

Why the hell is Gerard Baker, a foreigner on a work visa, moderating this debate?

Baker is the same guy who put Karl Rove on the Wall Street Journal payroll to pimp Jeb , pimp Amnesty and slam conservatives.

“This is not a cage match. And you look at the questions: ‘Donald Trump, are you a comic-book villain? Ben Carson, can you do math? John Kasich, will you insult two people over here? Marco Rubio, why don’t you resign? Jeb Bush, why have your numbers fallen?’ How about talking about the substantive issues.”
- Ted Cruz

As much as I enjoyed hearing that line, I’m hoping for a debate on the issues in which Cruz would be able to shine for his positions rather than just for his rhetoric.

The candidates in the debate can challenge him on his citizenship status while on stage in front of the nation. If FoxBus is smart they’ll change that moderator quick.

How about the GOP get off these Enemy Media Platforms, and have a GOP debate hosted by Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge and Mark Levin?

You can have 5 questions from each of the hosts, and then questions from the public.

I can promise you it would have sky high ratings.

To tell us we can have our little American election (wink wink) but it’s just for show. The new world order is here.

Conservatives don’t want our candidates lectured throughout this debate by a snotty, condescending Brit who can’t even vote in our election.

That’s why the candidates need to challenge this guy in a direct and embarrassing fashion so much so that he walks off the stage.

In their opening statements, the candidates should declare that they will take no questions from a moderator who is not a citizen or a voter.

That would set the tone for the rest of the debate.

I hope Trump calls this idiot out on his first dumb question to him. Trump is the only one that could get this done with his brash no-nonsense way about him.

Here’s what the moderators have to tell themselves: The story is NOT them... the reporter is NOT the story. If they can’t figure that out they should put the questions in a tape recorder and have a citizen push the button to ‘ask the question’.

Why the heck would they do that?

So what if he's not American. He can still pose questions relevant to the race.

And the candidates have the choice not to answer him by just ignoring him.
