There are, of course, lots of causes. In no particular order:
* The Great Society scam
* Welfare
* Anti-family government policy
* No father at home
* Purposeful destruction of Christianity
* No family structure
* Many children to one unwed mother so she gets paid more
* Drug culture
* Glorification of the thug lifestyle
* Democrats keepin’ them on the plantation
That’s just a few causes.
None of these can be discussed in public anymore. Only the weapons used in the final act.
