Quentin Tarantino defended comments that have triggered boycotts from police unions, and argued police brutality âultimately what I feel is a problem of white supremacy in this countryâ on Wednesdayâs âAll In with Chris Hayesâ on MSNBC.
Tarantino explained his statement that triggered the boycott by saying, âWell, we were at a rally that was dealing with unarmed people, mostly black and brown, who have been shot and killed, or beaten, or strangled by the police, and I was obviously referring to the people in those type of situations. I was referring to Eric Garner. I was referring to Sam DuBose. I was referring to Antonio [Lopez Guzman]. I was referring to Tamir Rice. Thatâs what I was referring to.â
âin those cases in particular that weâre talking about, I actually do believe that they were murder. Now, in the case of Walter Scott, who was the man running in the park and was shot in the back, and the case of Sam DuBose, I believe those were murder, and they were deemed murder. And the reason â and the only reason they were deemed murder is because the incidences were caught on video. However, if they had not been caught on video, they â the murderers would have gotten away with their murder. In the case of Eric Garner, and the case of that Tamir Rice, I believe that those were murders, but they were exonerated.â
When asked about âvitriolâ with which his comments were received, Tarantino answered, âYeah. I was surprised. I was under the impression I was an american and that I had 1st Amendment rights, and there was no problem with me going to an anti-police brutality protest, and speaking my mind, and just because I was at an anti-police brutality protest doesnât mean Iâm anti-police.

Even more-so when the cops are black females, like that police van case in Baltimore.
I think that he believes his movies are reality
White supremacy? What a dullard. He should go live in a black ruled nation for a while. How living in a black neighborhood for a few years?
No way....He lives where the other detached rich white honkies live
I never praised this hack’s movies. Never went to most of them. “Jackie Brown” was cool with the 1970s Blaxploitaion star Pam Grier. Other than that he stinks, just using hyper violence to no good end. He knows this titillation will pack ‘em in
This turd does not deserve a comment.
uh-huh....
And what do his ARMED bodyguards think about it?
Jim - Sorry if turd is profane, I apologize to the thread.
Pulp Affliction
Bet you $100 Tarrantino lives in a White gated community. Think he’ll put his money where his mouth is and move to Detroit or Ferguson?
I think Mr. Tarantino better have a lot of paid security to protect his home, property and himself, because he has just guaranteed the least rapid response from the police. I can just hear it now. 911: what’s your emergency? Tarantino: Yeah, I think someone is breaking into my home! 911: Hold please..............................
Tarantino is a perfect example of the white supremist imperialist who got everything he has by stealing from non-whites.
What an assclown.
Hollywood types abuse entirely too many drugs.
Recently he made these films:
* Kill Bill - stupid white people try to learn martial arts from very old Chinese guy, but never are as good as him. Much killing.
* Death Proof - guy hates woman and kills them, mostly white ones. Much killing.
* Inglorious Bastards - mocku drama where a super-duper all Jewish commando group kills dozens of the Nazi hi command. (white people) Which is pretty a-historical, obviously. Much killing.
* Django Unchained - Set in slave time, a slave revolts, killing every white person in sight. Much killing.
He seems obsessed.
His last film made $450 million.
And if you read Rum Punch you will realize he screwed that up.
Well, if it’s white supremacy then he needs to talk to his fellow democrats and their KKK spokesmen.
There's a sucker born every minute.
I’ve read that in Jamaica police brutality is the norm so does that mean Blacks in Jamaica have a history of black supremacy
