I’d say it was shocking that so many FReepers are easily manipulated by the liberal media, but sadly it isn’t.
Kind of a weird theory. Joseph had a dream..what was it 7 years of plenty followed by 7 years of famine. So he saved up grain in the seven years of plenty. Which means the pyramids would have had to have been fully built at the beginning or at least sometime during the first 7 years. Doesn’t seem like enough time...plus the problems with storage. There are more practical ways to store it.
What’s next? Do we find out that he’s into “snake handling” too? We clearly know too little about his belief system.

Thinking that Dr. Carson’s theory regarding the Egyptian pyramids seventeen years ago is a big deal is falling into the media’s trap. Our side should know better. Really.

My personal belief is that they were used to store salt for the roads for the long grueling Egyptian winters.
Haven’t posted in years, here goes - Most everyone knows Carson is highly intelligent, soft spoken, has a good sense of humor and champions many conservative principles. As much as I like him, here is the thing about Carson: every now and then he goes off the rails and gives these dogmatic sounding, absolute opinions which he is forced to go back later and try to explain. It is neither expedient nor politically astute.
Like when he said prison proves that homosexuality is a choice - maybe he is right, who knows, but like this thing about the pyramids, why even say it? It just causes distraction and controversy, and does not address the problems of a nation.
This makes Carson another potential philosopher president, which we do not need. No doubt Carson would be much better and more creative than Obama, but after years of heavy moralizing, teachable moments from the White House - now is the time for direct action, not a head in the clouds professor explaining vague theories.

Ben Carson, who has never supervised more than a handful of people, who supports illegal alien amnesty and who has crackpot ideas like this pyramid weirdness - would be polling under 1 percent were he not black.

Carson should at least hear Cruz set things straight instead of letting the media lead him.. If you can’t turn the tables on a journalist...
