Suppose the muzzie tricks a child into reciting the Shahada, so the child is considered to be muslim. But then the child continues to be, say, Lutheran. This makes him an apostate and subject to death for apostasy. No mercy is shown.
That is a formula for making a child into a lifelong enemy of Islam. Hmmmm...
