There were no burned out cars in Kansas City this morning ... in fact, it's been a regular sleepy Monday with cops telling TMZ Sports the city was VERY well behaved after the World Series last night. A rep for the KC Police Department tell us there were ZERO World Series-related arrests after the Royals won the crown ... a HUGE difference from the scene in San Francisco one year ago. As we previously reported, SF was a war zone when the Giants won in 2014 -- with 40 total arrests, 9 police cars damaged, 3 officers injured and 2 people shot. But Sgt. Darin Snapp tells us in K.C., "It was a great night." "There were no fights, no damage, no arrests in relation to the celebration. Everyone had a good time. A successful night for the Royals and the community of Kansas City Missouri." Congrats!!!

These people obviously don’t know how to celebrate!

KC is doing alright, but Queens is on suicide watch...
Congrats to Kacity Royales.
Shouldn’t this be the way it always is? Can’t people celebrate wins or mourn losses without setting cars on fire and vandalism?
Sounds like Obama failed to move and mobilize his people into KC for the rioting and celebrating.
That’s my town!
They need a new manager.
The other thing that IMPRESSED me is how SUPPORTIVE the Kansas City Chiefs NFL Team is to their next door neighbors, the Royals. The KC Pro Teams are PURE Class!
The difference between civilized KC and uncivilized SF.
It is sad that this is news.
Gotta be happy for the Royals and the good people of KC.
If there was one franchise that was left for dead at the
side of the road more than my Pittsburgh Pirates, it was
the Royals.
Right now I’m watching people walking past my workplace on their way to the victory rally about half a mile north at Union Station. Tens of thousands have passed, traffic is a nightmare, but there is no littering. No vandalism. No fights or people bulling their way through lines. No cars on sidewalks or any fights or scuffles any misbehaving. Just a big bunch of happy people on their way to welcome our Royals home. Wonder what a Mets parade would be like?
Typical of Flyover Country.
Spent all the money in the Ferguson area.
They can join Spurs Nation in the “this is how you do it” club - great to see.
Must be those strict gun control laws out there in Kansas!
