Stealth agenda to issue rulings on debt, finance, tech transfers At the upcoming United Nations Climate Summit in Paris, participating nations have prepared a treaty that would create an “International Tribunal of Climate Justice†giving Third World countries the power to haul the U.S. into a global court with enforcement powers.
Congress would be bypassed – left out in the cold – by this climate deal, critics say.
Policies once left to sovereign nations could be turned over to a U.N. body if the U.S. and its allies approve the proposed deal in Paris during the summit scheduled for Nov. 30-Dec. 11.

What I was snidely referring to was Obama’s history of “sue and settle” with in the US. Green and labor groups are encouraged to sue the government for one thing or another, and the DOJ is instructed to roll over and settle. The court decisions set precedent, which amounts to creating law by a different means.
Here, I doubt Obama will nit try very hard to have the US defend itself. Hell, I’d say the UN Court has no jurisdiction over the US, anyway. But, he’d just as soon roll over on this, because it would be easier than passing a law or getting a treaty through Congress.

It is a monstrosity that has oozed well beyond it’s founding mandate, and has assumed for itself a quasi governmental existence across the globe. It needs to die.

Global warming (aka climate change) is one of the most amazing stories in human history. Never before have so many paid such a high price for something that is so obviously wrong. On top of that it is meaningless - they themselves talk about 2 degrees? Warmer is better. More CO2 is better. It has become a religion.
With that said, the UN is into climate change for the $$$$.
