Another personally defining moment for all to see.
Someone told me that Krispy Kreme is what people in New Jersey really call him.
Trump goes to Reno and then Norfolk and has thousands in both places.
Other than his family and a couple consultants, who cares what crispy says?
Another RINO
“Thank you sir, may I have another”
“The governor’s comments were a veiled rebuke to the GOP’s frontrunners, Donald Trump and Dr. Ben Carson, who’ve cried could and whose campaigns supported the RNC decision.”
I have read this 3 times, and it STILL doesn’t make any sense!
Here’s one reason of the many that I don’t like Christie. His mouth runs faster than his brain. Its all about power and manipulation. Trump is giving the GOP candidates power and Christie is unwilling to wield it.
If he is too stupid to see the path toward cutting a better deal to get his message out to the voters why would you want him as President? He’s a fat little me, me, me panderer that was French kissing Obama on the beach two weeks before the election in 2012. This the guy they let give the keynote speech at the Republican Convention and I thought the word Romney would never come out of his mouth.
Look, there are many in this race that I’m not fond of, but everyone on that stage deserved to be treated with respect because of their past or present achievements. (I might not include Lindsay Graham in this group), but he did serve in the military -so I’ll give him that. I don’t care what Christie says - fair is fair and there is no way they would ask these same questions of the communists running on the D side.
Damn, Moochelle has some huge shoulders in that dress!!!
The first transgendered first “lady”.
Of course, candidates have to be able to negotiate tough questions from hostile reporters, 95 percent of whom are rabid leftists. But they should not have to field them at a debate. The purpose of a debate is for Republican voters to listen to the Republican candidates and help them decide which Republican they would vote for in the primary. A secondary purpose is to present the Republican candidates, and the party's beliefs, to the nation, to assist in the general election.
As part of that process, it would be helpful if the moderators ask questions that Republican voters would like to see asked and focus on issues that are of concern to Republicans. They should also present the candidates in a favorable light, even if they may disagree with some of them on particular policies.
What the debates are now is an opportunity for the leftist media operatives to berate Republicans and conservative beliefs, and show to the nation, in their belief, why all Republicans are stupid neanderthals who are worthy only of contempt. Some are more skilled at keeping the goal less obvious, but anyone paying attention can see it in any debate that has occurred in the past 30 years. Even Fox news seemed to follow this format, especially with conservatives.
So any Republican party that wanted what is best for the party would of course dump the notion of debates moderated by those that hate you. Christie, not being truly a Republican, doesn't really care.
Christie is kissing up so he’ll get easy questions next time.
He’s also a butt much.
Christie is attempting to win over the tub-of-lard wing of the Republican Party.
Thinking, thinking, thinking...
Can’t see anything inaccurate about that. = :^)
Chritie is totally wrong with his remarks. It is not the front runners who deserve to be berated. It is the moderators for asking questions that should not be asked.
The correct questions will identify where the candidate stands on important issues facing the nation. Not on how they are villains. These moderators went after the candidates. Because of this Christie is a dumbass for falling for their trap and deserves his poll numbers.
How did the debates prepare Obama to do the same?
This is a red-herring argument. The President won't be debating these people, he will be negotiating with them.
Negotiations with Putin will not be held on a stage with moderators belittling the participants and challenging the terms, with the nation watching.
Which candidate will be a better negotiator with Putin and the Iranian Ayatollahs?
