I think that may be the key that is missing for far too many. They come here to live, but don't want to be part of this country. They want to change it to be more like what they came from - which, when many of them were fleeing those places seems especially odd.

I've been mulling a theory in the back of my mind for quite some time. I'm not sure I can express it well, but it goes something like this.
The North Eastern elites don't want to entertain the possibility that they may have been wrong about the Civil War, and so they go out of their way to do the very opposite of what they thought the bad guys (In their minds, the South) would do. (A sort of Doubling down on their original premise.) They bought in so heavily to being "anti-racist" (because that was their ex-post facto justification for the war) that they have pursued it long past the point where it makes any sense. (As have the Germans, but for a different war, and for different cathartic reasons)
Likewise, the Democrats get a great deal of their power by pandering to the races, and of course the Democrats are the inbred siblings of the Media systems, and those carry the message to the rest of the nation and the world.
They also influence the rest of the world through social contact with the people who consider themselves the elite class in other countries.
But basically it is to double down on the Civil War. At least that is a theory that might explain some of it. They aren't even doing it consciously, it's just social momentum at this point. They inherited the mindset from their parents, who inherited it from their's, going all the way back.
They are not finished yet, but I dare say their collective nations are about to get a good blood drenching. I personally think the Europeans will win the confrontation, but they are going to have to throw off their sissy predilections and start fighting for their survival.
