Every day that Jeb stays in is just another day of humiliation for him. He must be a glutton for punishment.
More than likely he’s trying to figure out where to stash the surplus cash while there still is some.
I think Jeb wants out but can’t figure out how to do it because its so humiliating. That’s what happens when you stay in too long. He should have dropped out after CPAC.
Ah, but the campaign contributions are still coming in (just a dribble by now, but still). Jeb gets to keep that money, as long as it's used for political purposes. So there's a financial incentive to stay in.
Plus there's always a chance Trump, Cruz, Carson, and Rubio will all be found to have fake birth certificates, thus putting Jeb! back on top again.
