Jeb Bush has only 1,260 confirmed supporters in Iowa ("needs about 24,000 votes")
The Week Magazine ^ | October 30, 2015

So this is a little bit awkward: Jeb Bush's team sent out a 45-page campaign memo to select members of the media, but U.S. News was able to obtain the full, uncensored 112-page report — which, it just so happens, contains some less-than-sunny details about how the former Florida governor's presidential campaign is actually going.

Here's the lowdown: The Iowa caucus, on February 1, is 93 days away. Bush's campaign has set the goal of receiving 18.45 percent of the vote - more than double the 8 percent he's polling now. About 128,800 Republican voters are expected to turn out, which means Bush needs about 24,000 votes. The catch: His campaign is only confident he has 1,260 voters in the Hawkeye State.

The estimate comes from over 70,000 phone calls made by a 10-person paid staff in Iowa; for all their calls, the team was only able to rope in four volunteers and root up a total of 1,260 Bush supporters statewide.

>> 10-person paid staff

In other words, Yeb uses the allowance he gets from his family to pay people to be his friends.

I used to know kids like that, back in grade school.

Jeb Bush is finished. He should simply withdraw with dignity and self worth. The longer he stays in the POTUS race....the more he demeans the Bush family and himself!!! Jeb Bush is the wannabee, that never was!!! He is so “Washington Cabal”, it is sickening!!! And....as a side bar...if Fox News Channel had one iota of a brain & common sense....they would get rid of Karl Rove, immediately!!!

I thought he had better things to do, and was surprised he was even in the debate..and now this? There is something mentally wrong with this guy, seriously!

Nice mellow guy, but not what's needed in this job right now. A few obvious drawbacks are his low key approach, Common Core, he thinks illegals are here for LOVE, and ..... his wife. She hasn't been discussed much out in the open, but she does have some issues.

What is needed now is effective leadership that is not afraid to speak the obvious and correct the problems as fast as possible. Jeb would just talk and talk and things would drag on and on.

With that little of support the Iowa Ethanol Lobby will not even waste a phone call.

When the Iowa Ethanol Lobby counts you out, your toast.

Kinda the point. Ethanol lobby has many choices. No need for Jeb.

Looks like the people in the background are all breathing carbon monoxide from a car exhaust, ....or maybe straight from the horse’s mouth?

The sooner someone puts a stake through the heart of his dead campaign the better off we will all be. Maybe a few of the other non-starters would see the light as well.

Trump and Carson have sucked the air out of this contest. Trump is most likely grateful that Carson is still in the race. A lot of Carson supporters would be going for the nasty favorites of the GOPe and enhancing their ability to soldier on.

They need to recount. Heb probably has less than 5.

This document is the head shot to the Arbusto zombie campaign. I love how all their pathetic scheming is exposed now.

Bush Camp Denies Allegations on Debate Tape Leak, Presses for Expanded Probe

The charges against Rove were first leveled publicly by Molly Beth Malcolm, who chairs the Texas Democratic Party. She recalled another odd bit of campaign intrigue - this one involving allegations that Rove planted a bugging device in his own office - back in the 1986 governor’s race.

Yeb! can’t buy enough votes to get nominated. The only way he gets the nomination is dirty tricks like used in Mississippi.

The Cheap Labor Express still expects an amnesty candidate.

Rubio or Carson will do if they can’t find a way to make nominating The Joyful Tippy-toes Tortoise look legitimate.
