“The couple’s attorney, Eric Seitz, tells KHON2 he asked for the store’s surveillance video and was told it was missing.”
Ah, that’s too bad.
The cop said “Take it somewhere else” and they feel they have been discriminated against?
Cops, and teachers, and parents, and many others have been saying that for years.
The homosexual activism has gone too far.

Discrimination suit. Gee I wonder where they learned that.
Decades ago young were told to “take it someplace else” when kissing it up in public. Nothing new other than the new right to be offended.
Normal people DON’T slobber all over each other in public.
Husband & I have been married 51 years; and any public
displays have been pretty much non-existent. - Here in
our area, in a nearby town; there was a fad where the
girls were in huge numbers pretending to be “gay”, going
in the restrooms at school, kissing, etc. - That just
all went “poof” when they got bored with being gay.
I have seen similar “couples” hold hands in a supermarket called “Sprouts”. Think Whole Foods but more expensive. I think they are trying to provoke just like the family parades or Boy or Girl Scouts they want changed. They want it their way or else.
