Very impressive interview. However I disagree with one sentence:
America should counter attack and make public every action taken by China to steal or disrupt our operations, whether they be private or governmental.
We should definitely counter-attack when and where it is advantageous to us. However I would not make public every Chinese action we detect. That gives away what we can and cannot detect, how quickly, etc.
Just like in the bad-old cold war days when the Navy never fully admitted if/when it tracked Soviet subs, if it detected Soviet subs shadowing our subs, etc. You deny any and all information to your adversary.
So keep the Chinese in the dark. They'll never know if they got into the real thing, or not. How close they were, if it was a honey-pot. If we know certain information is compromised (and are therefore taking actions to mitigate it) or not... How much we are learning about their tactics and attack methods... Deny them everything.

If this was a live interview, and not one where he’s given the question and then he writes the answer, then I’m impressed.
There are many people in this country that think Trump is a dummy. FAct is, he is smarter than most of us. It’s time we have a president who is smarter than we are. That’s hasn’t happened in a long long time.

This doesn't surprise me, as Trump has already had a great deal of experience in dealing with Artificial UNintelligence, like Jebuardo, Lindsey Graham, all of the GOPe Axis of Oafs(c), not to mention much of the lamestream media, the Megyn Kellys, Jorge Ramos, etc.
(and of course there is our own home grown FR Tribe of Trump Haters, no need to name them, they know who they are ...)

How can the tech industry consider moral and ethical issues when they have none. They are humanists/social marxists. Service to self is the only moral and ethic they know.
