You should read up on your history; after squandering countless lives in the Cold War this country has twice elected a communist.
Those lives p!ssed away were for nothing; the communists won at the ballot box (by winning the votes of the lazy & immoral).
As we’ve seen since then, Europe (like South Vietnam) prefers communism. The staunchest anti-communists are the Eastern Europeans that were enslaved by it for half a century; the rest (like us) are not voting communists into their governments.
Throughout the Cold War, Europe was the one place where the USSR did NOT fight.
Thanks for the link
Thank you for (2 I have seen) great posts that defend our military.
I don’t need to read history. My Dad fought in WW2, Korea and Vietnam. I flew over Iraq and did time in Afghanistan. My kids also did time in Afghanistan and Iraq. I LIVED the history.
What we did was good, even if it has been squandered. And we could do good again - IF we believed in ourselves and our God and spent our money reasonably.
At least your view of history is unbiased and impartial.../s
At least is isn’t based on the media or history classes.
I don’t need the media or history classes to tell me that of the conflicts you cited only one could be considered a success by any measure (since South Korea has remained independent). None of the others achieved the initial goals when the wars started.
The only way we could be in a worse boat is if we sit back and do nothing, just watch as our freedom breathes its last breath. We can keep making excuses or we can do something. That's all I'm gonna say about that.

Just reading previous threads you posted and I usually go to the source. When I went to this source I had to laugh at the ad on the right... “Date Arab Women!” Ah, the irony.
Since our regime change there have been threads about the purge of patriots within the military. All part of the plan. Many in power and conservative media read FR threads so keep up the good work.
